Meet Colorado’s Masonry Heroes

In 2001, the Past Presidents of the Rocky Mountain Masonry Institute decided it was high time to pay tribute to those visionaries among us who have demonstrated a strong commitment to improving the quality of work and life in Colorado through exceptional and enduring masonry design and construction.

And guess what they found? Heroes abound in Colorado. Our jury found them in government, in commercial and residential real estate development, in historic preservation and construction, in architecture and engineering.

These individuals actively shape the spaces in which we live, and they do it much better than they have to. Some take political risks, others endure financial ones, but all of these Masonry Heroes take very seriously the job of building a better and more enduring Colorado.
